Hyatt Hotels and Starwood Capital have joined together to mark the expansion of Hyatt’s Andaz brand into the resort market. This resort, which is scheduled to be completed by late 2012, is expected to feature 35 suites and 255 guest rooms in total (ranging from 456 to 2,321 square-feet). As if this were not lavish enough, this new Maui resort will contain 6-four-bedroom extravagant villas measuring approximately 3,500 square-feet a piece!
